"Well, several months ago I took my car in to Golden Rule Brake because I had been to two other businesses, one of which told me I needed my front brakes done ASAP, and the other one, a dealership, told me it should be done within the month. The one I visited was on Pines in the Spokane Valley and they were very cordial. Took my vehicle right in first thing in the morning, put it up and I was in and out of there probably half hour at the most.

 

Golden Rule Brake put it on the rack, evaluated it and said ‘Tom, you don’t need this done for probably at least a year, as much as you drive. Maybe even two years.’ So, they saved me a lot of money in the end, and I really do believe they do go by the golden rule which is do unto others as you would have them do unto you. It’s that simple. So, obviously, I will return to them when I actually do need brakes! I would recommend Golden Rule Brake to anyone who wants to have an honest job done and done right."
