Hello, my name is Kelly, and I have worked at Golden Rule Brake for about 13 years. I started as a fill-in at other stores, helping on days off, before getting hired full-time at the Francis location. As I live in North Idaho, being able to transfer to the Pines location was great.

I’ve been at the Pines store since that time. With the help of great workmates and my manager, and after overcoming some challenges, I took over as manager last year. My crew at the Pines store is very dedicated.

We all share the desire for quick service, doing things correctly the first time, having returning customers, and being on a first-name basis with them.

When I’m off, I’m outside hiking, hunting, fishing, or riding my Razor in the woods. I almost always take my dogs with me.

I have five kids (including stepchildren), with some living in Idaho and others in Arizona; they are all adults and enjoying their lives. I grew up in Idaho and still enjoy the full four seasons here, so I plan on staying in the area as it grows.

What sets your team apart?
My crew at the Pines store is very dedicated. We all want to provide quick service and do things correctly the first time. We aim to have returning customers and build relationships so customers feel comfortable addressing us by first name.

How do you like to spend your free time?
In my free time, I like hiking, hunting, fishing, or riding my Razor in the woods. I almost always take my dogs with me.
